    Confirm the customization requirements

    Confirm the requirements such as the LOGO, color, and packaging, and provide the design files (AI/PDF/SVG)

    Confirm the quotation and delivery date

    Confirm the sample quotation and delivery time

    Sample production

    Charge for samples, arrange for sampling and send them (usually within 7-10 days)

    Confirm the sample and pay the deposit

    When the customer confirms the sample and pays the deposit for the bulk goods, the mass production stage begins

    Quality inspection

    Factory inspection → sent to the warehouse → 100% full inspection and photo confirmation before storage

    Settle the payment and ship the goods

    Pay the balance and arrange for shipment

      Sure. Eslnf has its own factory and supports OEM & ODM of products, including LOGO, Color, packaging customization, as well as structural or functional customization (depending on the product). The specific customizable range depends on the product type and process requirements, and can be further confirmed and discussed in detail.

      Different products will have different MOQs. Most custom MOQs range from 500 to 2,000 pieces. For special materials or molds, the MOQ may increase accordingly. The final MOQ shall be subject to the specific product evaluation result.

      Under normal circumstances, custom samples are subject to charges, and the sample fees need to be calculated based on the requirements of the customized products. When you place a bulk order later, the sample fee can be refunded or deducted from the formal order (subject to the terms confirmed by both parties).

      We will estimate the completion time based on the complexity of your customized product: Time cycle reference sample (without mold opening) : approximately 7-10 days; bulk production: approximately 25-35 days (after the customer confirms the sample and receives the deposit). The specific time needs to be determined according to the actual situation of the product.
